I would contact your disability officer who handles your case. I am not sure but I believe I read somewhere that disability payments and social security payments are exempt from attachments and garnishments. If your only income is social security and disability, I believe you are judgment proof. I would contact though your disability officer who handles your case or see your local legal aid office.
