Thanks for the quick answer why chat. A couple more questions. I noticed the tax id number on the checking is my husband's ssn, I did sign a signatrue card, and am sure they required my ssn but it isn't on the statements, just my husband's number. Wouldn't Sherman run an asset check for bank accounts and see this joint acct? The joint account is in a town about 130 miles away, I have a acct locally in just my name. So it they run a bank acct locate is it more likely they will find the local one? Thanks in advance for your advice.
