My wife died last november. She owed about $25,000 is credit card debt. Now I'm getting hit by CA, they have been makeing offers that I pay %50 on the dollar. My questions are. Is this a good offer? I live in california and someone told me this is a community property state and I'm liable for all debts. Is this true ? Thanx for any help.
