Not necessarily. They have an inhouse legal department that pursues delinquent accounts that go into default after the 45 day mark. At the 180 day mark, they charge off and those big balances stay with their inhouse legal department who does their own collections. They frequently sue, and they rarely turn over accounts to an outside collection agency simply for the fact that they have a full inhouse legal department. They will on smaller balances or if their legal team doesn't produce results on their accounts. Usually these are considered unrecoverable. They sue quickly and their inhouse legal team is really aggressive too.
