This is definitely not an ad for this company, but there's a web site called "http://www.getridofallyourdebt.com/" that claims to be able to eliminate all your debt (legally) within 6 months. I got their free report which accurately describes what a racket the whole credit system is and how the Federal Reserve Bank system is a scam too. However, they have something called "debt termination" that doesn't involve bankruptcy. It sounds like it involves sending letters to all your creditors which claims you don't owe the money because the bank committed fraud in the first place. That's fine, but will it hold up in court? Does anybody know about this? Is this one of these "too good to be true" scams? Here's a FAQ that gives the basic info: http://www.getridofallyourdebt.com/frequently_asked_questions.htm Thanks.
