You can file suit against the scam "debt managemnt" company, file a complaint against them with your State Atorney General's office, the FTC and the BBB.

Remove yourself from their "management" demand a complete accounting of all $$, and see what the status is of ALL your accounts.

Whose fault?? Yours- for enrolling in the "debt management" service before checking them out.
