hard inquiries

I just got copies of my credit reports and theres two hard inquiries on my credit reports. Can I have them removed ? Because I didn't authorize the inquiry. And the inquiries are for debts that are over ten years old. Since then I opt-out and sent desist letters. Is there anything I can do to get these hard inquiries off my credit reports ?
