RECONSIDERATION MOTION

I had a garnishment put on my pay due to the re-aging of a credit card that was charged-off 8/97. On my credit report it was closed and in 2003 they show it as open and payments being made then stopped.

I took PRA III to court and got a reconsideration. The court keeps giving me the runaround. I don't know what to do next, can someone help me? Please!
