I didn't make myself very clear in my last post, my fault. I appreciate all your thoughts on such sketchy information. I AM judgement proof, no doubt about that.
At present my only income is a monthly Social Security Disability check. No one can touch that. My concern is the checking account it is direct deposited into has past deposits from other sources not exempt. (deposit from last Profit Sharing payout, money from a signiture loan, ect.) The money is long gone.
I'm told if you have any other money in the account they can take it all.
So how safe do you think my account is?
