Verizon Wireless / Collection Account?

IN 2001, I began getting CA letters regarding an account with Verizon Wireless, and was subsequently reported to the bureaus with a status date of 9/97. I contacted the agency and told them I had never had an account and they went away. I later disputed the entries and they were removed. NOW....miraculously there are 2 Verizon Wireless accounts shown with status dates of 8/2003, for 2 different amounts. Can anyone start me off in the right direction to deal with this? This is unbelievable. Thanks much, Nick
