What terminology do I use: not mine, paid, incorrect If: Im disputing an item that occured in 1997 that has an unknown creditor on my report and the the company who sold the item to the creditor says that they have lost records for that year The address that the CA has matches the address on the disputed item. If I dispute as not mine won't they match the address in the systems and say that it's mine What's the best terminology to use to avoid being labeled as frivolous?
