I went to the civil clerks office to file for trial continuance. I had filed in a timely manner an intent to file and affirmative defenses the week before. They could not locate the documents. I have my time stamped copy as proof of timely filing. What do I do at this point? She also knew MBNA' attorney on a 1st name basis. Shs said you better send a copy to Barry he is in here all the time. Sounds W&A is suing and destroying alot of lives. I doubt I will get a fair trial
In MD can they seize joint checking accounts or a house in both names?
