Hi, Quick question. I am from New Hampshire and now live in Florida for the past 2 1/2 years. I have two CC accounts that I couldn't pay back in 1998. I have pulled my CR and find that they are both delinquent from 11/98. Since I have been living in Florida, I have received letters from Great Lakes and attorneys representing them and also from NCO. NCO have just filed a lawsuit which I have to answer in 20 days to the court. Any advice???? Other than perhaps settling or getting an attorney to help me??? Thanks
