I have credit cards and student loans. I can't pay them. I'm disabled now. Can they take my social security disability? Should file chapter 7 bankruptcy? What should I do? I don't think I have anything that they'd want? How can it work if they can't get anything from me? Can I still file chapter 7? Will that help? Will a lawyer help?
