Well, I survived my first day in court! Yes, my first day. Agreed on a settlement but judge wouldn't sign off on it or whatever until we address my counterclaim. So we have a continuance for next month. Judge said we might have to take it to Federal which would be okay because now I have CA on violations of FCRA.
