I was recently sued by Household Finance and Answered their lawsuit stating their amounts owed were off and that I never rec'd a Right to Cure. Their request for a default judgement was obviously denied by the judge. Now they are sending me a request for information/interrogetory... In it they are asking for my employer info and a few other things I would rather not give them. Since they haven't won the case yet and I see nowhere on the document that I am "ordered" to respond and answer every question..only "request". Do I have to answer everything or can I just pick and choose? Or not answer at all? Thanks!
