Credigy has made a false claim that I owe a credit card company $6,800. The account that they refer to was closed in 1999. They don't have any proof of their claim, but they insist that I owe this and therefore it rides on my credit report. I am seeking the advice and forthcoming lawsuit if this isn't handled by this Thursday Sept 18th, 2003. I have been after this company to clear this since the first week in Feb. this year. They are clearly negligent and fraudulant in their dealings. They should be fined and closed down
