Has anyone dealt with Gerald E. Moor & Associates

I received a collection letter from Gerald E. Moore & Associates, PC out of Atlanat Georgia regarding a Capital One account. Has anyone else dealt with them at all? I'm really nervous since it is a law firm. Can anyone offer any advice? It says I have 30 days to dispute the validity of debt. Is that a smart thing to do?
