Can't find Sept 15 archive even after pressing refresh button several times;

What should I use in disputing; "not mine", incorrect, paid, ?????

I'm disputing an item that a previous apartment manager place in file in 1997; the old apartment complex stated that the management company lost the records for that year.

The item has the address of the apartment complex not the creditor's;

If I dispute it as "not mine" will the CRA match my previous address to the apartment complex's, and say that it is mine.

Please tell me what terminiology should I use to avoid, looking "frivolous"
