Thanks Why Chat, I ordered my Experian report online for $15, what a rip off that is, I barely got it printed out in 20 minutes than they logged me off and I never did see the credit score like I was supposed too. Anyway, this CA the attorney is representing isn't even on there, Thorton Capital Advisors. This was originally a FNANB credit card. There is no "come off" date listed, did I miss something? It does say Charge off as of 3-2001, it was 30 days late as of 10-2000, never brought current after that. I made a payment on 8-3-00 and that was the last one. No old bills, not that organized but I do keep my cancelled checks and I found the check dated 8/00. Thanks for any advice you can give me Why Chat or anyone else.
