As far as I know it's an active collection...

It's listed as collection account - NCC Business Services. Collection for Paradigm Properties, $760 past due (basically 3 months rent), but then they're listing the balance as $1170, like they think they're entitled to interest or some kind of fee. There's no charge off, as far as I can tell from my CR, since this is just a skip out on the last 3 months of rent.

They will never receive one cent from me, but I will go out of my way to see if I may receive 100,000 cents from them.
