since this is not yours I would file mail fraud charges against both the company and the idiot who sent it for fraud and extortion. Also, call your district attorney and maybe even theirs to inquire how to file criminal charges against them. You may be able to get them for perjury also if it is a true sworn affadavit. Remember, the letter itself is a violation of the fdcpa if the debt is truly not yours as it could be considered deceptive practices. I would suggest either emailing her or filing small claims yourself for $1000 against the company AND the guy who signed the affadavit.
