If you are talking BIG $$ they likely will file in the original State where the card was taken out, and enter the judgmen (if they can) in the other 2 States.

BUT, even though ALL States follow the Uniform Code for Foreign Judgments, MANY have varient laws regarding default judgments, SOL etc.

In addition, many States use the SOL of where the account defaulted,rather than their own or where the suit was filed to consider either enforcement of a foreign judgent or an action in that State.In addition, if there was a person leaving one State, and then returning,you may have tolling.
