I'm defending myself against a Citibank lawsuit in TX for unpaid CC debt that is within SOL. I haven't received interrogatories from the Plaintiff's Attorney yet, but I am expecting them. I would like to go ahead and begin preparing interrogatories to direct to the plaintiff. I know I should request items like the actual contract, any signed agreements, and that sort of thing. Also, I believe there are also some questions I can ask which involve banking and credit laws that attempt to trip up their case but I'm not up on all of this. Does anyone know where I can find a list of common, or TX state specific interrogatories to direct towards the CC company? Also, anyone know how many questions I am allowed to ask in TX? I would very much like to view someone's interrogatories from a successful defense against a CC company. All help is appreciated, and I will gladly share with those in need if I can help. Thanks in advance!
