If a Plaintiff has a Attorney, must I send the Interrogatories to the Attorney, or is sending directly to the Plaintiff legally binding? I wonder, because if I send Interrogatories directly to Citibank it may take them longer than the 30 day window to respond. This would allow me to motion for a summary dismissal. Anyone have any experience with this method? Again, Thanks in advance!
