Even if a debt was 'assigned' to the Ex in the divorce, once it was included in bankruptcy, there's no way to go after the Ex for violations of the divorce decree. The Federal BK court says the Ex's liability is gone - -period.

As for an SOL, bankruptcies stay for 10 years, BUT any accounts that were included in the BK should still fall off at the usual 7 year mark. If they're still on the report, dispute them as obsolete.
