a friend of mine bid on a car on ebay and "won" the car... he decided that he didnt want the car and never contacted the seller.. i know that when you "bid" on ebay you enter into a binding contract... the seller is threatening to sue and has his correct name, address, city, etc.. is this possible.. would the seller sue in the sellers city or in my friends city since technically the transaction took place in my friends city (where the bid took place)
i suggested to my friend to pay the guys listing fees, storage, etc because it will end up costing him more in the long run...
ebay.. who would have thought
