Right, have that Motion to Dismiss in your pocket ready to file. Grounds are failure to validate, they may not answer your interogatories or they may answer with tons of creative bullshale as they were taught to do at The Tobacco Road Institute of Law and Selective Inbreeding.
That might be fun, dissecting their answers in order to showcase their lies to the court.
