I lost my residency and moved in w/ a friend. I did not call these CA's to give them my new/temporary address - so unbeknowst to me - I gather they obtained a judgement. Bankruptcy costs $$ - and as far as flying under the radar, I guess I got lucky. They seized my account and if I try to open another (for the purpose of cashing my paycheck and paying the the basic bills) they will come again. I don't beleive their going to stop at the $5.00 they seized. If I had $1000, I would hire an attorney. No-one is going to do it for free. I live in NY and after the Twin Towers fell the unemployment rate is staggering. I know, I'm in the midle of all this muck. Thank for your response paddleless
