Good. I love it when the consumer decides not to be the victim. Re-aging accounts are the easiest to prove because there is a large papertrail in place already. None of this he said/she said CA violations. Not only can you sue for the $1000 PER violation of the FCRA but any damages you have incurred plus slander, defamation, and you will be surprised how many states have odd laws against this stuff.
