Stand your ground, show up and produce your request for validation, DO NOT produce anything else UNLESS the CA shows up with FORGED or FALSE documentation. Maintain your position that you have no knowledge of the account, had no response to your request and have no idea what the account is, if the CA has any valid claim, and what the CA claim indicates as the default date, (cause of action). Do NOT let the "mediator" walk all over you, they are generally incompetant hacks. If the CA DOES NOT show up -request an immediate summary judgment dismissing the case WITH PREJUIDICE. Otherwise, insist on a Court hearing NO MATTER what the mediator says.
