Hello again and thank you Duck and others for the information. I don't believe this collection agency to be Capital Rec., perhaps it is Claims Recovery Services. The number for Capital Recovery services is in VA, and was closed yesterday because of the Hurricane. The number I have which is 1-800-214-5381 was operational and Casey Leigh told me she didn't have to tell me the name of her company or the address. She called my neighbor across the street and next door to me and I'm livid now. I want to send this company a cease and desist letter but I haven't received any correspondence from them, so I have no address for them. They told me they wished to talk to my attorney and I told them not until they give me their name, but they would't. I'm sick of these people, what can I do to get their address?
