Some say that Moody's Investements rates Nigerian Scammers as AAAAA+ Debentures, rock solid backed by platinum as campared with these debt-creep-air specialistas. Uncanny how they always come up with fresh cons. Fantastic. And to think, some are so mean-spirited as to say that when dealing with the credit & collections 'industry' you are in effect getting in bed with the Mafia. If you're fortunate, that is.
