Have you been sued by any of them ? Are there any judgments against you ?

If not, then there's NO WAY any creditor can take your money.

IF you have judgements against you, and IF they have your banking information, and IF you put your settlement money in that bank account, THEN you could lose it. Otherwise, you have little to worry about.

If you don't want to lose the money by having it in a bank account, DON'T PUT IT IN THE BANK !! Put it into an exempt IRA or 401K.
