Dear Cheryl;

Appreciate your comments. From personal observation it seems judges can become irate when Motion for Summary is filed to circumvent a scheduled trial. The judge knows what the collector is trying to do. Thank you for your encouraging words, by merely answering the Motion and showing up in court many times the whole thing unravels. Especially when the collector lawyer presumes the judge to be a simpleton and proceeds to spin inventive permutations of law and evidence in hope of gaining his judgement.
