There is a SOL letter on my website, with a follow-up letter to the CRA.

In my opinion, it is better to use this method than any "validation" as the only recourse you MIGHT have would be against the CA for reporting an unvalidated account, whereas, by using the suggested forms, you have a LEGAL right of action against the CA for violations of both the FDCPA and the FCRA.
