It is NOT a good idea to post on any open board any type of State specific, case specific legal advice. There have been SOME CA's who have used a claim of improper legal council in their actions, forcing some pro-se defendants to prove to the Court that they had obtained the data and forms from public sources or the library.

Use e-mail, do not EVEN post any specific forms or advice in any forum that has a "private" messaging system.

If you are in the same State, your ISP can be subpoenaed and you can face legal penalties for acting as a lawyer.
