I agree we have to stick together and fight off these Asset Acceptance type vulchers. One of the most valuable commodities is information. Well I had an appointment with an attorney who then referred me to his buddy who might be able to help me out. Well his buddy turned out to be a collection attorney. I thought at first well maybe that's a good thing. He'll know the tricks of the trade but after talking on the phone with him and learning he wasn't sure about cc sol's plus the fact he seemed to have a bias about debtors I'm going to cancel that appointment and find a Consumer rights lawyer as Financial Freedom Flyer suggested.
