Do not say more than you need to and if you cannot make arrangements or an affordable payment plan...do not agree to one! NCO F. has wrecked a good portion of our credit and was our main reason for filing bankruptcy! They made illegal threats and did not abide by the laws when we informed them not to call us at work. I won't go on about all that continued even when we made arrangements for payments of our medical bills on what we could afford, they refused it! Just be careful with these people, they will do whatever they think they can get away with...they only stopped calling after my husband informed them he was going to record the phone conversations from now on....but...they have made unfair and untrue statements on our credit reports which we are still fighting!
