I was thinking a variation of a Cease and Desist, at least put them on notice not to contact me at work! I believe they are still allowed to contact me once more to tell me of their actions/response.
If nothing else and they contact me again I guess I can use the $1000 from the violation. Section 805 I believe.

I hope the process of judgement to wage garnishment takes a LOOOONNNNGGGG time, enough time that I can sell a bunch of houses and pay them off before I go to court and my employer is served with garnishment paperwork.

Hey? Can I request not to be served by the Sheriff or Processor at work?
