This letter will serve as your legal notice under provisions of federal law, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), to cease all communications with me at my place of employment, FULL-TIME JOB, located at 2345 Anyplace in Maryland.
If you fail to heed this notice, among other legal actions I reserve the right to enforce, I will file
a formal complaint against you with the Federal Trade Commission who is responsible for enforcement, the States Attorney General Office and/or the Local State Bar Association.

You are hereby instructed to CEASE and DESIST your contact efforts at my place of employment IMMEDIATELY or face legal sanctions under applicable Federal and State law.

If you, your office, or any parties thereof pertaining to this matter fail to abide by this instruction and policy, It will be considered to be a direct, blatant, and willful violation of Section 805 of The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. In the event such contact occurs, I will have no other alternative than to seek legal representation and file the appropriate charges for the violations thereof.

GIVE THIS LETTER THE IMMEDIATE ATTENTION IT DESERVES.
