Harassing phone call from CA/Why chat pleas help

i just received a call from capital magement informing them they have justbought an acct from Calvery for an OC B of A. The DLA was 4/98 and the woman i talked to said it was 2/99. We never received anything from them but they reported it to the CRA in August 2003. I told her i had no knowledge of this debt and told her even if it was mine it was past the SOL. She said they have seven years to collect on the debt and how did I want to pay it. It has wrong address on it wrond DLA and i told her not to call me again as it was considered harassement. She told me to fax them my dispute and i said i wanted to send it CRRR. I also said that according to the Fair credit reporting act they did not have the right to report it to the CRA's. She wanted me to speak with a director but i hung up. What shoud i do now. please help!!!
