thanks for your help i'm in california should i use Code 337? thank you again this acct was hit in Jan of this year to by Calvery they say dla was 2/99 but on my CR its showing DLA of 4/98.should i send another sol letter to calvery or do you think they will say i can't use it because they show it was 2/99? I know for a fact it wasn't but what can i do to protect myself. it is on both my husbands CR and mine how do i handle this?
