"Code 337"?? You lost me-- The SOL letter from my website is designed to be used with the appropriate Ca. statute, which you will find on the Ca page of my website. You use the CORRECT date of FIRST delinquency, which is NOT the DOLA or the chargeoff date. It MAY be 4/98- or earlier. Look on your Experian report for the "removal" date from the OC, deduct 7 years, that is the start of your SOL.
