Good Advice, now the only choice they have is to sue you. I guess whychat didnt tell you that when you made the payment, you started the SOL all over again. Nothing in writing? what about the check by phone? I guess they just got your checking info and... oh yeah,your next check # by telepathy, or maybe the debtor yellowpages. I wont argue weather you did the right thing by paying the $300, I think you did, but Im partial to people who live up to their agreements. Its called integrity. Time will prove Im right and whychat is WRONG. But I dont expect you to believe me. Good luck, maybe youll find a judge with no common sense. Incidently, if they tried to drain your checking without your authorization, then you really would have a half decent lawsuit, rather than these half-assed technical violations that seem to get most of the regulars here so excited.
