Hey Davsto, I'm just a beginner here, this is my first post in months & back then it was a "help me" post so listen to Why Chat over me, but just last week I called Experian & had several old address & name variations fixed in one day. First off, I called the "Contacting Us" number located at the end of the report I bought & printed out from the Experian website, NOT the number you find on Experian.com under "contact Us". It's a different number & the first thing they ask is for you to type in the report # to get connected. I'm guessing that since you have to verify who you are just to order the report they know it's you calling. I was connected to a service rep & she was very helpful. I just said that all addresses listed were incorrect in some way(went through them one by one with her...I had 12-13 listed) except for my current & last address. She didn't really put up a fuss. Gave her my email address & received an email the next day with a link to an updated copy of my report. Just an FYI...it worked for me, hope it works for you two!!! SteveX
