All Lexington does is attack the CRA's with dispute after dispute. The horror stories far outweigh the FEW customers who have not had trouble - but those folks also tend to be those that don't religiously monitor their credit reports too.

LL is known to spam CRA's with disputes and too many people have had GOOD tradelines disputed by LL - that is NOT a good thing. Maybe they can get a bankruptcy off your CR, but the truth of the matter is a BK is PUBLIC RECORD. Even if they get it off at first, it can and likely WILL come back because the entry IS accurate and IS public record for TEN YEARS !

Stay away, do it yourself.
