1- What State are you in? 2- When was your last payment to Chase WITHOUT late charges or past due fees? 3- CLOSE any bank accounts you used with any of your creditors to do a pay by phpne. 4- Check all 3 of your credit reports, carefully, item by item,make sure the same debts aren't listed as collections with 2 or more CA's.Dispute any and all erroneous information. 5- MOST IMPORTANTLY- do not ever pay anyone without written proof of their authority to collect,do not EVER transact any business over the phone, do it ALL in writing. You do not owe Chase,(nrlikely any of your other creditors) a ¢, they have long since sold your account for ¢'s on the $ to collection agencies who have been raping you.
