I read the posts...who was the advice bad for, the poster Mike or for the CA trying to collect an SOL debt???

I saw a post from Why Chat quoting Texas state law to back up what he's saying....& a bunch from you trying to start a cyber argument with the people trying to help the poster Mike. Nothing to back up your position or prove what you say is correct, just repeating the same message over & over again trying to force people to believe what you say.....I'm guessing you learned this from the collection training courses you've taken??? Doesn't work as well when people know the law & what they're talking about, huh?

& your name "Dumb Debtor" is an insult in itself so yes you are resorting to insults...very simple!!
