LadynRed & other interested parties;

Don't know if you are still interested, but here goes.

The Owner of Red Rock Capital is is Bill Burr, aka William S. Burr, aka Bill S. Burr, about 38-40 years old. He apparently came from MA, but lived in AZ for a while, and now has moved back to the Holden/Worcestor, MA area where his family can shield him.

He has 7 companies that do or have done this.

His first company: SB Southwest (I believe the name correct), an AZ corp., now dissolved by Arizona.

His second company: Desert Capital Management Inc., an AZ corp., now dissolved by Arizona.

His third company: Red Rock Capital Investments Inc., an AZ corp., now dissolved by Arizona.

His fourth company: Masscap Investments Inc., a MA company, which he dissolved November of 2002.

His fifth company: Pilgrim Capital, a MA company, started in Nov. of '02, still operating.

His sixth company: Baxter Holdings, a MA company, just started & still operating.

His seventh company: Pilgrim Financial, a MA company, just started & still operating.

There may be more.

All companies get mail at PO box 278, Holden MA 01520. Street address (although it may be a Mail Boxes Etc. or office suite address) is 800 Main Street, Holden, MA 01520. The "registered agent" Bill Burr's address is purported on the MA state documents to be; 47 COURTNEY DRIVE, HOLDEN, MA 01520. This may be an office address as well, I don't know.

When called, the companies are all handled thru the same 800 phone number, even the "dissolved" ones.

When the legal threats or problems get too tough, his latest greatest company takes over, the old company is left to expire, and he's off to the races with a new company again. It usually takes about 6 to 9 mos. for the corps to live, prosper, then die.

The shell game he uses is simple, one company owns the "debt," another company files the credit report, a third performs inquiries, and he remains as visible as smoke.

Apparently enough of the blackmail letters come back with checks (whether due or not) since he spends a lot of money & time on organizing the Companies and now LLC's.

His Daddy, Guy W. Burr, was the Registered Agent of Masscap, until the heat got too great, and he told sonny to get him out, which he did. I found his father's addresses, and the insurance company he works for; "Burr Insurance Agency". Apparently Bill also has a Brother, Stephen Burr, that now is the Agency's principal. Dad is in his 70's. Bill reacted very strongly when I overnighted a letter to his Dad notifying him that my "debt" was not valid, I received a call from Bill within 45 minutes of when Dad signed for the letter. I believe Bill's Dad was involved at one time, and may still be involved financially.

Bill's companies never, never, never accept certified or registered letters, they just leave them unclaimed. So far it has been like trying to nail jello to the wall.

I am looking for all those that have had dealings with all the above Companies, we have gone to the MA Attorney General, but more people would help. I had filed a complaint, which they forwarded to the "Worcester Community Action Council," a problem resolution org, however, they report that he is not cooperative at all, and they forwarded the complaint back to the AG's office.

Again, I would appreciate any like minded people, please email me. Thanks for your reply.

Rick Walter
